PXG launch all-new iron inspired Battle Ready II Putters
PXG's new range of Battle Ready II Putters is inspired by the brand's iconic 0311 irons, engineered to deliver outstanding consistency across the face and a phenomenal feel at impact.
PXG has introduced new Battle Ready II Putters, which incorporate groundbreaking technological advancements inspired by the company's iconic 0311 Irons.
Designed to provide exceptional consistency and a remarkable feel, this milled nine-putter series offers a range of clubhead designs and customisable configurations to suit every golfer's stroke.
According to PXG Founder & CEO Bob Parsons, the company is continuously learning and improving, and the Battle Ready II Putters are a prime example of their commitment to advancing technology for superior performance.
Parsons praises the putters for their consistency across the face, impact feel, and stunning platinum finish.

The foundation for the Battle Ready II Putters can be traced back to PXG's innovative injection-moulded, hollow body design introduced in its irons in 2015.
This pioneering technology not only provided an unmatched feel at impact but also facilitated the creation of an ultra-thin face, resulting in improved forgiveness.
The same manufacturing technique and material enhancements that powered PXG's irons are now applied to its putters.

Based on years of research and development, PXG engineers recognised that a similar approach could yield significant performance improvements in the putter category.
Traditional solid body putters tend to have unwanted mass near the centre of gravity, limiting the moment of inertia (MOI).
By introducing a thin-walled hollow body, the Battle Ready II Putters redistribute mass to the extreme perimeter, resulting in a high MOI, approximately 10% higher than the previous series, relative to the clubhead size.

The Battle Ready II Putters also feature S COR Technology, an ultra-lightweight polymer injected into the hollow cavity. This material bonds to the face, effectively dampening sound and harsh vibrations upon impact.
The structural support provided by S COR enables the brand to create what they claim is the thinnest putter face in golf, measuring just 0.055 inches.
This ultra-thin face significantly enhances forgiveness, providing golfers with added confidence in their strokes

To further enhance the feel and sound of the putters, PXG incorporates a Pyramid Face Pattern. This intricately milled pattern combines the soft sound of an insert putter with the responsive feel of a solid, milled putter.
The pyramid density ensures consistent interaction with the golf ball's dimples, while the pyramid geometry delivers a satisfying sound.
Precision Weighting Technology is employed in the sole of the putters to fine-tune their performance.
Club fitters and consumers can adjust the overall clubhead mass to influence launch conditions. Golfers who tend to pull putts may benefit from adding heavier weights to the toe side of the putter, making it more challenging to close the face at impact.
Conversely, players who tend to push putts may add heavier weights to the heel side, facilitating an easier closure of the face.
The Battle Ready II Putters support four hosel configurations to accommodate various stroke types: plumber's neck, double bend, heel-shafted, and armlock. Additionally, select models offer a center-shafted option.
The combination of S COR Technology, ultra-thin face, Pyramid Face Pattern, Precision Weighting, and hosel options minimises skid distance and maximizes roll performance, enabling golfers to achieve greater consistency on the green.
The Battle Ready II Putters come in nine unique designs, featuring a platinum finish with black accents. These include blade style putters such as Dagger+, Brandon, Mustang, Closer, and Hercules, as well as mallet designs like Bat Attack, One & Done, Blackjack, and Apache.
Each Battle Ready II Putter proudly displays the brand's iconic Darkness Insignia—a skull with the number 26—which pays homage to Bob Parsons' service with the 26th Marine Corps Regiment during the Vietnam War.
Golfers can further personalise their Battle Ready II Putters with the company's new collection of putter grips.
These grips, made with a polyurethane wrap around an injection-moulded lightweight ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) foam core, offer a wide range of textures and feels.
The PXG Pistol Series provides three grip options with varying shapes and profiles while maintaining a consistent weight and size. The brand's Straight Series offers four styles with a uniform shape but differing weights and sizes.
The entire Battle Ready II Putter lineup is now available for $389.99 per club, plus $10.00 with one of the new upgraded grip options.
