Although McIlroy is coming up to 10 years since his last major title, the 26-time PGA Tour winner did pick up back-to-back victories on the circuit prior to a T12 at the US PGA.
McIlroy was attempting to complete the career grand slam at The Masters in April but he finished T22.
As of May 2024, McIlroy had amassed a total of $87m official PGA Tour prize money.
He's also racked up a healthy $47m during his career on the DP World Tour.
