Tat is for you, my love

Bubba Watson has celebrated his 10-year wedding anniversary with wife Angie by getting her name tattooed on his ring finger.

The two-time Masters champion, who is competing in this week's Hero World Challenge, said that although he owns two wedding bands, he does not like the feeling of wearing one when playing golf.

“I was like, ‘I’m going to get a tattoo,’” he said. “She’s like, ‘No you’re not.’ So I did. It was $60 anniversary present.”

It will likely be his last ever tattoo, though.

“I think tattoos are cool when I see them on other people, but I don’t personally like tattoos,” added Watson. “But this is about my wife and showing her I care about her.”

Angie also got a tattoo with the initials BW inside the Christian fish symbol.

Keegan 'comfortable' with short putter

Keegan Bradley said he will use a standard-length putter at this week’s Hero World Challenge and "take it as it goes".

Bradley, who is using a Scotty Cameron x5 Tour Duel Balance putter with a 37-inch shaft, said the biggest adjustment he has had to make is in his setup but that his touch on the greens has improved since his transition.

“I’m trying to work my way into it,” said Bradley, who became the first player to win a major using an anchored putter at the 2011 PGA Championship.

“It feels comfortable, actually, but I will take it as it goes.”

Lydia accepted into Ko-rea University

Fresh off her $1.5 million pay day at the CME Group Tour Championship two weeks ago, ladies world number three Lydia Ko has been accepted into Korea University, one of the top colleges in Seoul.

Yonhap news agency said the Korean-born 17-year-old, who moved to New Zealand aged six, was accepted from a pool of overseas candidates from South Korea.

Korea University takes a portion of its new class from South Koreans who completed primary and secondary education outside the country.

Westwood a 'pretty kitty' in South Africa

In a series of posts to his Instagram account on Wednesday, Lee Westwood - who is in Sun City, South Africa, for this week’s Nedbank Golf Challenge - and friends (namely caddie Billy Foster and European Tour chief referee John Paramor) are seen enjoying a braai (South African for barbecue) and other festive activities such as face painting.

Westwood calls himself a “pretty kitty”.
