Cons

This latest model of the Spider series comes on the back of comments by the company’s staff professionals that they wanted a cleaner look.

The Vicino delivers it with a smooth steel top split through the middle by a simple sight line that helps nicely with alignment.

Looks: If you can get passed the 'wrought iron with twin exhausts' appearance, this model has definitely benefitted from the reduction of frills.

Feel/performance: The biggest issue I found was the inconsistent strike. Eighty percent of putts felt dead off the face until I tried hitting the ball with the putter hovering a centimetre off the ground. The sweetspot became more obvious, but it was still very hit and miss.
