Follow these drills to beef up your body and your drive
Step-up - glutes
Glutes – made famous by Tiger Woods…kind of. These muscles are a key source of power and stability through the golf swing. Make sure they stay "activated".
Method
Pick up some dumbbells and stand in front of a bench, or some form of high step. Then, step up onto the bench, one foot at a time, before returning to the floor.
