He didn't hit the best putt but the ball caught the left edge and went down.

Li played a clumsy greenside bunker shot over the other side of the green and then he failed to convert a six-footer for par.
Scheffler now extends his lead to five shots.

McIlroy two putts for par from 35 feet at the par-3 3rd.
The home favourite remains at 9-under in a tie for third.
Fitzpatrick's poor start continues with a bogey and he's back to 8-under.

DeChambeau is 6 under for the round after a birdie on 15.

It's pars all round for the penultimate pairing at the par-4 1st.
McIlroy two putted from 35 feet while Fitzpatrick got up and down from the back of the green.
Not the start either wanted.

Four birdies in a row for Matsuyama, who moves to an impressive 6-under for the round and to 8-under for the championship.
Hatton -8 (2)
Sloppy bogey from Hatton on the par-5 2nd.
He found the bunker off the tee and was forced to splash out less than 100 yards.
From there he missed the green with his third shot and then missed a short four footer for par.
Back to 8 under and likely out of it now.

McIlroy is greeted onto the 1st tee to huge cheers and applause.
He finds the fairway with iron to cries of 'Rory, Rory, Rory...'
R.Hojgaard -8 (2)
Hojgaard rolls in two early birdies on 1 and 2 to move into contention at 8-under par.
His twin Nicolai is not having such luck with a bogey at 1 to fall back to 5-under par.
Hatton -9 (1)
Hatton makes an early move.
He finds the fairway with an iron then stiffs his approach shot to four feet under the hole.
The Englishman cans the putt for birdie and moves into a tie for third on 9-under.
