BMW Championship 2025: Check out the final payouts from Caves Valley Golf Club in Maryland as Scottie Scheffler scooped his fifth PGA Tour win of the season.
Scottie Scheffler scooped another huge payday on the PGA Tour at the BMW Championship.
The runaway World No.1 claimed his fifth win of the season in the second leg of the play-offs at Caves Valley Golf Club in Maryland.
Scheffler, 29, entered the final round trailing 54-hole leader Robert MacIntyre by four strokes.
The Scot got off to the worst possible start to surrender his lead.
Scheffler looked in full control but then made a few uncharacteristic mistakes on the back nine.
Still, the four-time major champion held on to secure his 18th win since his breakout 2022 season.
Scheffler closed the door on MacIntyre with a stunning chip-in at the 71st hole, sparking pandemonium in the stands.
MacIntyre said his performance was abysmal. So bad, in fact, that he wanted to go and smash up his golf clubs.
As for Scheffler, he will take home another mind-boggling sum of money.
The 2025 BMW Championship had a total prize purse of $20m, meaning Scheffler scooped $3.6m.
MacIntyre earned $2.16m for his efforts.
