Olympics Golf Final Round: LIVE leaderboard and updates from Le Golf National in Paris
Welcome to live golf scores, updates and commentary from the final round of the 2024 Men's Olympics Golf Tournament at Le Golf National.
Scottie Scheffler continued his remarkable year by claiming the gold medal in the Olympic men's golf competition in Paris.
Scheffler tore round Le Golf National on Sunday, carding a final round of 9-under 62 to reach 19-under par.
England's Tommy Fleetwood secured the silver medal, finishing on 18-under par.
Hideki Mastuyama took the bronze after he finished one stroke behind the Englishman.
Jon Rahm held a four-shot lead at the summit on the back nine but two bogeys and a double bogey from the Spaniard saw his challenge for the gold medal blow up in smoke.
Rahm finished in a tie for fifth on 15-under with Rory McIlroy.
Home favourite Victor Perez fired a sublime, out-of-nowhere 63 to finish in solo fourth on 16-under.
Nicolai Hojgaard, Tom Kim, Joaquin Niemann, Thomas Detry, Jason Day, Corey Conners and Xander Schauffele also finished inside the top-10.

Olympic men's golf competition - final leaderboard
What a start for Matsuyama as he immediately gets a birdie on the card at the 1st hole.
A perfect tee shot was followed by an excellent approach, only leaving 8 feet for birdie. The Japanese superstar really does make the game look very easy when he's in this kind of form.

Bogey for Rahm
Rahm -6 (8)
Well, well, well. Jon Rahm, that is sloppy. The Spaniard three putts from about 20 feet on the 8th hole to drop a shot and move back to 6-under.
That will really test the LIV Golf star's patience.
10:49
First round leader is underway
Hideki Matsuyama has got his second round underway alongside Tommy Fleetwood and Wyndham Clark.
Matsuyama still holds a share of the lead with Xander Schauffele.
10:45
Manassero moves to 5-under
Manassero -5 (11)
It's great to see Matteo Manassero putting a good score together today. A birdie on the par-3 11th moves the Italian to 3-under for the day and 5-under for the tournament.
He's currently tied for 6th and sits three shots back from the leaders.
10:38
Detry on the surge
Detry -5 (7)
Thomas Detry most certainly got out of his Olympic bed on the right side this morning.
The big-hitting Belgian is 5-under par thru seven holes and 5-under for the tournament.
After a lacklustre opening 71 on Thursday, Detry has flown into the top 10.
Three back.
10:24
Niemann birdie at 1
Niemann -6 (1)
Chile's Niemann birdies the par-4 1st.
The LIV Golf star is two back.
10:21
Schauffele tied for the lead
Schauffele -8 (5)
Schauffele drains a third birdie in a row to move into a share of the lead at 8-under par.
THE OLYMPIC GOLD MEDALIST FROM TOKYO IS BACK ON TOP IN PARIS.
XANDER SCHAUFFELE ROLLS IN HIS 3RD STRAIGHT BIRDIE AND IS TIED FOR THE LEAD AT -8.
Play has unfortunately been suspended again due to lightning in the area.
Four groups of 12 players are yet to complete their first round.
16:33
Pars for Schauffele and Rahm, double for Hovland at 18
Schauffele -6, Rahm -4, Hovland -1 (F)
It's safe pars to finish for Schauffele and Rahm on the tough par-4 18th, but the final member of the three-ball Hovland made a complete hash of things with a double.
Defending champ Schauffele signs for a superb 6-under 65 to lie solo second and two shots behind Matsuyama.
Schauffele made seven birdies in the round with his sole bogey coming at 17 just before play was suspended due to electrical activity in the area.
Rahm, who landed his first LIV Golf title in England last week, had a rollercoaster round comprising two eagles, four birdies, two bogeys and a double but it all added up to a solid 4-under 67.
Hovland's double at the 18th was his only blemish on the card in a round of 1-under 70.
16:15
Double trouble for LIV Golf duo Ortiz and Pereira
Ortiz -4 (16), Pereira -3 (15)
It's been a disastrous restart for Mexico's Carlos Ortiz and Chile's Mito Pereira, who have both returned to the course to card double-bogeys.
Ortiz doubled the 16th and Pereira doubled the 15th.
16:06
Play back underway!
After a brief delay due to electrical activity in Paris, the players are back out on the golf course.
The final group of the day has four holes left to play so we should all be wrapped up in an hour.
15:27
Play is suspended
The horn goes and play is suspended as electrical activity is detected in the air.
Hopefully, if all goes well, the players will be back out on the course shortly.
15:25
Bogey for Schauffele on 17
Schauffele -6 (17)
A disappointing bogey for Schauffele on the 17th moves him back to 6-under for the day.
15:24
Bounce back birdie for Rahm
Rahm -4 (17)
A superb three for Rahm on the 17 repairs half of the damage done on the previous hole.
He's channelled his frustration superbly and will undoubtedly be eyeing up another bird on the 18th.
15:22
Double bogey finish for van Rooyen
Van Rooyen -4 (F)
A disappointing finish for the South African as he double bogeys the 18th to move back to 4-under.
It was all looking so good for van Rooyen, but sadly he'll be wondering, 'What if?' as he walks to the scorer's tent.
